Junior Academy
Developing players from the youngest ages is our priority, and ensures the longevity of the club as a leader in youth development in New England.
The Jr Academy program accepts all players from U5 - U10 there are no 'tryouts' for the Jr Academy. All players will train in small groups broken up by age and ability. No player will be "cut" from the program. The Jr Academy Program is designed to maximize player development. Each player will be challenged in a fun, safe, professional coaching environment so that each player will reach their own potential. The focus is ball mastery and skill/technique development.

Regional Development Program
The Regional Development Centers will be focused on identifying and developing regional U9-U12 boys and girls in a unique training environment pooled with multiple geographically aligned regions.
This will be achieved by providing a variety of events supplemental to their current training & team environment. This program is for those who wish to push themselves up the NEFC pyramid.

NEFSHE
The NEF-SHE Women in Sport program aims to empower young female athletes by providing them with key resources and skills to equip them for success both on and off the field. Through a series of workshops, events, a monthly newsletter, and a video podcast series, it is hoped that we can provide female athletes the tools to feel empowered and to develop confidence and leadership skills that allow them to achieve future success.

Camps & Clinics
NEFC camps & clinics offer all players a truly elite soccer experience. The camps and clinics provide age-appropriate, curriculum-based training programs with activities and games that facilitate the teaching of the technical and tactical aspects of soccer. NEFC camps and clinics incorporate fun and learning through soccer activities that are both dynamic and thoughtful. This program is open to the general public; players do not need to be on an NEFC team to participate.

College Center
Our goal is not to get you to the best soccer program, but to find the school that is the best fit for your academic, athletic and social expectations. Our teams will attend appropriate showcase events to provide an opportunity for college evaluation and we aim to provide our coaches with the support and resources necessary to help players realize their academic and soccer potential.
