The Game Changers Summit 2026 is a one-day event designed to inspire, educate, and empower female athletes, coaches, and leaders in sport. This year’s summit brings together professionals from athletics, health, technology, and professional sports, with a strong focus on performance, well-being, career pathways, and connection.
Summit Goals:
- Empowerment: Inspire participants by sharing success stories and overcoming challenges.
- Community Building: Foster connections among female athletes, mentors, and professionals.
- Practical Tools: Provide workshops to develop skills in sports, academics, and personal growth.
- Holistic Development: Focus on both physical and mental well-being, career guidance, and personal development.

Cost: FREE for NEFC Coaches and Players
$25 for non-NEFC Coaches and all other athletes
Audience: Female athletes (U15+), coaches and leaders in sport
Includes: breakfast, lunch and refreshments, access to speakers and networking fair





Speakers and Panelists

CHLOE RACO - Game Changers Summit Host
- NEF-She Program Director
Chloe Raco is the Director of the NEF-She Program at NEFC and the founder of the Game Changers Summit. She is passionate about creating community-driven spaces that empower female athletes and coaches through connection, education, and opportunity.
Originally from England, Chloe played competitively from the age of 8 through academy, collegiate, and semi-professional levels before moving into coaching. She has coached at NEFC for six years across regional, DPL, and GA Aspire programs, while also coaching at the Division III collegiate level.
Chloe currently serves as RDP Girls Director, DPL Central Director, NEF-She Director, and coaches the 2010 and 2011 GA Aspire teams — continuing her commitment to growing the women’s game on and off the field.

Marina Paul - Speaker
- Founder of SuperHera
A former All-American, Final Four participant, and 3x Women’s Soccer Team Captain at Georgetown University, Marina is the founder of Superhera, a woman-owned and run fit-tech company. Her session will focus on empowering female athletes through technology designed specifically for women.

Abby Carchio- Panelist
- Northeastern University Assistant Coach
Abby is the current assistant coach at Northeastern University, having joined the Division I side in 2025. In 2024, Carchio had a stint as the interim head coach at Roger Williams University, helping the Hawks to a 9-5-6 overall record.
Prior to her time at Roger Williams, Carchio played professionally in Europe for four years, with stops in France, Denmark, Iceland, Lithuania and Ireland. She is a UEFA A candidate with the course completing at the end of 2026.
Carchio graduated from Brown University in 2020 and captained the Bears to an Ivy League Title in 2019. She finished her time with the Bears as a three-time First Team All-Ivy League honoree.


Erin O'Toole + Morgan Vasiliu- Speaker
- Move Strong Physical Therapy
A former collegiate soccer player, Erin earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England. She is passionate about helping athletes regain strength and confidence, with a particular focus on ACL recovery and lower extremity injuries using evidence-based care.
Morgan earned her Athletic Training degree from Messiah University, where she played field hockey, before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at George Washington University. With experience working with athletes from professional to recreational levels, she specializes in blending rehabilitation and performance training to provide individualized, one-on-one care that helps athletes return stronger than before.
