A native of the United Kingdom, Raco brings five years of experience coaching elite level women's soccer players in addition to over a decade of playing experience as gifted futbol player in England. Most recently, Raco currently serves as the Director of Talent ID and NEF-SHE for the New England Futbol Club, where she took the initiative to found and oversee the Regional Development Program. Through the RDP, Raco has developed youth soccer players as both a clinician and Head Coach. Prior to her venture with the New England Futbol Club, Raco was the Massachusetts Girls Technical Director for Global Premier Soccer and was integral in overseeing coaching education programs. Raco also developed and produced programs that could be used at home during the COVID-19 pandemic to help improve player skill levels.

Prior to her stint to further grow the sport of girls youth soccer in the New England area, Raco honed her coaching skills as a highly successful Head Coach at Bournemouth University in her native England. She guided Bournemouth to an unbeaten mark of 6-0-6 in 2018  and followed that season with a second place finish and another unbeaten season (11-0-3), while ranking 22nd in the UK and finishing as a Semifinalist in the Trophy Cup series. For her efforts, Raco was short-listed for the Coach of the Year Award in both 2018 and 2019.

To underscore her passion for developing the game of futbol among youth girls, Raco also took on the post of AFC Bournemouth U12 Girls Head Coach. She proved to be formidable mentor to her squad, leading the team to three straight League Championships in 2017, 2018 and 2019, in addition to the Cup crown and the Swindon Elite Festival title.

Following a decorated tenure as a successful youth soccer player dotted by outstanding player honors, captain honors and team championships, Raco enjoyed an impressive career as the university level with Bournemouth, where she was named a Sport Scholar and Captain for three seasons. Raco was part of a Western 2A Championship in addition to earning a Captains Award. Her university career overlapped her playing tenure at the Club level, having starred for AFC Bournemouth FC, where she was a Vice-Captain for four years and the team's top scorer for two. She was also named a Players Player of the Season to go with Player of the Season for AFC Bournemouth Ladies First Team accolades.
