Club Coach
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for delivering coaching sessions at Player Development Programs at selected sites throughout the New England Region. Areas looking to hire include Central Ma, Metro Boston, Southern Ma, Western Ma, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- The Staff will report directly to the Regional Director.
- Aid in the development of players for the assigned team(s) during practices, games and tournaments through Fall, Winter and Spring seasons.
- The Club Coach will work with the Regional Director and club members in achieving club and player goals.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to lead and educate
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of google suite
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- USSF Licensed Coach or NSCAA / International Equivalent Coach
