Clubwide Teams, the pinnacle of our development pyramid. With training sessions held 3-4 times a week throughout 10 months, access to state-of-the-art facilities, and a track record of placing players into top-tier college soccer programs, our teams offer unparalleled opportunities for growth and success. Competing in the nation's premier leagues and traveling nationally for high-level tournaments, our Clubwide Teams are led by highly accredited coaches dedicated to developing talent and fostering excellence on and off the field.

Central DPL
The Development Player League (DPL) represents a pivotal stage in youth soccer development, offering a structured platform for aspiring athletes to refine their skills and compete at a high level. With over 100 participating clubs nationwide and thousands of players involved, the DPL stands as a cornerstone in the youth soccer landscape, fostering talent and driving excellence. The DPL's emphasis on player progression is evident in its track record of producing elite-level talent, with a notable percentage of graduates advancing to collegiate and professional ranks, thus solidifying its reputation as a premier pathway for soccer success.

NEFC Metro West
NEFC Metro West offers professional coaching and a higher level of play to players
At NEFC MW players will receive age-appropriate training and playing opportunities under the direction of dedicated and licensed coaches. The focus is on the joy of play and the development of technical skills, and ultimately, to provide a lifelong passion for soccer in every child that comes through our ranks.
These teams are expected to compete in the top divisions and will participate in local and regional tournaments throughout the year. These teams will also attend a variety of college showcases to gain maximum exposure to college coaches.
JUNIOR ACADEMY
The Junior Academy Program is designed to provide entry-level experience into club soccer. Each player will be challenged in a fun, safe, professional coaching environment so that each player will reach their own potential. The focus is on ball mastery and skill/technique development.

A native of the United Kingdom, Raco brings five years of experience coaching elite level women's soccer players in addition to over a decade of playing experience as gifted futbol player in England. Most recently, Raco currently serves as the Director of Talent ID and NEF-SHE for the New England Futbol Club, where she took the initiative to found and oversee the Regional Development Program. Through the RDP, Raco has developed youth soccer players as both a clinician and Head Coach. Prior to her venture with the New England Futbol Club, Raco was the Massachusetts Girls Technical Director for Global Premier Soccer and was integral in overseeing coaching education programs. Raco also developed and produced programs that could be used at home during the COVID-19 pandemic to help improve player skill levels.
Prior to her stint to further grow the sport of girls youth soccer in the New England area, Raco honed her coaching skills as a highly successful Head Coach at Bournemouth University in her native England. She guided Bournemouth to an unbeaten mark of 6-0-6 in 2018 and followed that season with a second place finish and another unbeaten season (11-0-3), while ranking 22nd in the UK and finishing as a Semifinalist in the Trophy Cup series. For her efforts, Raco was short-listed for the Coach of the Year Award in both 2018 and 2019.
To underscore her passion for developing the game of futbol among youth girls, Raco also took on the post of AFC Bournemouth U12 Girls Head Coach. She proved to be formidable mentor to her squad, leading the team to three straight League Championships in 2017, 2018 and 2019, in addition to the Cup crown and the Swindon Elite Festival title.
Following a decorated tenure as a successful youth soccer player dotted by outstanding player honors, captain honors and team championships, Raco enjoyed an impressive career as the university level with Bournemouth, where she was named a Sport Scholar and Captain for three seasons. Raco was part of a Western 2A Championship in addition to earning a Captains Award. Her university career overlapped her playing tenure at the Club level, having starred for AFC Bournemouth FC, where she was a Vice-Captain for four years and the team's top scorer for two. She was also named a Players Player of the Season to go with Player of the Season for AFC Bournemouth Ladies First Team accolades.
